The sticking point

Demand from North America grew, from medical professionals, therapists, shops and distributors. In the United States, calling a supplier free of charge is the norm, and an international number immediately stands out there.

Without a contact number in the US, Springer.one ran the risk of clinics and partners being slower to call, while with a medical product in particular they want a quick answer.
