Shared screen · one-click availability · runs in the browser

Five people, one number, and nobody has to ask who is picking up.

The team dashboard is the shared screen your phone team keeps open. Everyone sees who is available, who is mid-call and who is next in line — and sets their own status with one click. When someone steps out, the call skips them and reaches the next colleague, without a message to the group chat and without anyone touching the routing settings.

  • Real time every change is visible to the whole team the moment it is made
  • One click each person sets their own availability; nobody files a request
  • Up to 99 members per team, and as many teams as your organisation has
  • No app store a progressive web app — open a link, or add it to the home screen

Looking for a phone number you can route flexibly and smartly? Then you’ve come to the right place! With the team dashboard you easily distribute incoming calls across your colleagues and team, and you see at a glance who’s available at any moment to answer calls — and in what order. A team can be a whole group of colleagues, but just as easily you as the owner of a start-up online shop together with a friend you’re launching with.

Every member logs in with their own account. That way each team member has their personal access to the dashboard and manages their own status and settings.

Next, each member connects with the device that suits them best. That can be an existing mobile number you simply work from home with, a fixed desk phone, a softphone on your computer or a separate VoIP device — whatever it is, the calls come in effortlessly.

In the overview you see your whole team, with the current status next to each name. You instantly know who’s online, who’s available and who’s on a call right now, so you can assign a call to someone who can pick up.

Everyone sets their own availability with a single click. Heading out for lunch or to the gym? Just set yourself to away, and we’ll forward the calls to the next person in line. That way you never miss a call!

Then you decide the order in which we offer calls. We try the person in position one first; if they don’t pick up, we automatically move on to the next on the list after ten seconds, so you never miss a call. You can adjust that ring time yourself, by the way.

A team grows effortlessly to as many as 99 members. And with a menu, you split calls across multiple teams, where each team gets its own routing page so the caller always reaches the right department.

You make the dashboard entirely your own, with your logo and brand colours. That gives your phone environment a professional, recognisable look that matches your business.

This way you form one single team of colleagues working from home, at the office or from another country. One shared overview, smart routing and full control over who answers and when — your team works as one front line and you never miss a call again.

The screen itself

This is the whole product. Change something and watch the routing follow.

Below is a working board with a five-person team on one number. Set someone away, switch the ring mode, and the line at the bottom shows exactly what the next caller will experience. That line is not a diagram of the dashboard — it is what the dashboard does.

What the next caller gets, right now

Sarah · 8s → Priya · 15s → Hannah · 10s → voicebot

Sequential tries each available person in queue order, moving on after their own ring time. Away and mid-call colleagues are skipped without the caller noticing.

Daniel cannot be toggled because he is mid-call — that status comes from the platform, not from a switch. The two statuses people control are available and away; being on a call is simply observed, and the routing already knows to skip him.

Ring time

Ten seconds, unless you say otherwise

By default each person gets ten seconds before the call moves on. A reception desk might want six; a surveyor who has to put a ladder down might want twenty-five. It is a number in a field, per team.

try position 1 · 10s → position 2 · 10s → …

Queue position

Each person chooses where they sit

First in line, or only after the others have been tried. A receptionist takes the first call; a manager picks up when nobody else can. People set this themselves rather than asking an administrator to change it.

position: 1 reception · 4 manager

Nobody left

What happens at the end of the list

When the queue runs out, the call goes wherever you have pointed the fallback: voicemail with transcription to email, an overflow team, or the voicebot — which can answer, book and only escalate what genuinely cannot wait.

Why there is nothing to install

It is a web app on purpose, and the reason is not laziness

The dashboard runs in a browser. Open a link and you are in; add it to the home screen and it launches full-screen like any other app. We could have shipped it to the app stores instead. We deliberately did not, and the reasoning is the same reasoning that runs through the rest of the platform.

Reason one

Fixes ship the same day

Telephony has to stay up. When we correct something, your team should have it on their next page load — not after a review queue somewhere has worked through its backlog.

Reason two

Everyone is on one version

No half your team on a build from March. One deployment, one version, no support call that starts with working out what someone has actually got installed.

Reason three

Nothing lands on a personal phone

Staff are asked to install a supplier’s software on their own device rather often. Here there is nothing to install, nothing with permissions, and nothing to uninstall when somebody leaves.

Reason four

We are not looking for you in a store

We sell to businesses, not to people browsing an app chart. An app store listing would serve the store’s discovery needs, not yours.

The same principle as everywhere else on this platform: make the thing reliable first, then make it convenient.

A progressive web app is not a lesser app here — it is the delivery method that keeps a telephony tool current, consistent and out of the way. It is worth saying plainly that this is about the screen, not the call: the dashboard coordinates who is in the queue, while the calls themselves arrive on desk phones, mobiles over the mobile network or softphones. If a laptop is closed or a browser is shut, the routing carries on exactly as it was last set.

How far it goes

Two people is a team. So is ninety-nine.

The dashboard does not change shape as you grow — you add members, add teams, and put a menu in front when callers start needing to choose. Nothing is migrated and no plan is switched, because the platform underneath is the same one either way.

2

You and one other

Two founders sharing the company number. Whoever is not in a meeting picks up, and the other one is not interrupted. The dashboard here is mostly a way of not phoning each other to ask.

A front line with shifts

Reception plus a support rota. Round robin spreads the load so the same person is not always first, and the board makes a quiet Friday afternoon visible before the calls start going to voicemail.

Departments behind a menu

Sales, support and accounts, each its own team with its own numbers, its own board and its own people. A phone menu — or a voicebot that simply asks — puts the caller in the right queue before anyone’s phone rings.

menu → team → queue · per-team dashboards

Members only see the board for the teams they are in, so a 99-person organisation does not hand everybody a 99-row screen.

The question we get most

The dashboard is not the admin portal, and that is deliberate

Two screens, two audiences. Mixing them is how you end up with either an administrator being asked to mark someone as back from lunch, or an entire team holding the keys to the routing.

This page

Team dashboard

The shared screen for the people who answer the phone. Open at the start of the day, glanced at, clicked once or twice, closed.

  • See who is available, away or mid-call
  • Set your own availability
  • Set your own position in the queue
  • See the numbers your team answers on

For everyone on the phone team.

The other screen

Web interface

The admin portal where the phone system is actually configured. Visited when something needs changing, not every morning.

  • Numbers, destinations and routing rules
  • Opening hours, holidays and voicemail
  • Menus, queues, recording and call insights
  • Teams, members and permissions

For whoever runs the phone system.

Being in one does not require access to the other. See the web interface

Make it yours

Your logo, your colours, on a screen your team looks at every day

Upload a logo and set your brand colours in the dashboard settings; every member sees the branded version from their next load. It is a small thing that changes how the tool is treated — internal tools get used, third-party screens get ignored.

  • Two settings, applied to everyone

A logo and a colour. Set once by whoever administers the account, and the whole team sees it — there is nothing for individual members to configure.

  • Useful when the team is not only yours

An agency, a managed IT partner or a shared reception service can put the client’s brand on the board. The people using it see their own company, not their supplier’s.

  • It still looks like one of your tools on a phone

Added to a home screen, it takes the icon and the colour with it, so it sits among the other work apps instead of standing out as something from a telecoms company.

What actually rings

The board coordinates. The calls arrive on real phones.

Nothing is answered inside the dashboard. It decides who is in the queue; the call then reaches whichever endpoint that person uses — and different people on the same team can use different ones.

Fixed on mobile

The business number forwarded to a mobile over the mobile network. The right choice for anyone on the road, and the one that does not depend on a connection being good enough for voice.

Desk phone

Any SIP handset, connected by you or your IT partner. The obvious endpoint for a reception desk that is on the board all day.

See how it works

Softphone

The same line on a laptop with a headset, which is also where outbound calls present the business number. Common for anyone taking calls back to back.

See how it works

AI voicebot

Put it at the end of the queue for evenings and overflow, or in front of it to ask what the caller needs and drop them into the right team.

Call insights

After the fact: who called, when, how long, where it was routed and what was missed. The board shows now; insights show the pattern.

Questions

Team dashboard — frequently asked questions

No. The dashboard is the shared screen where the phone team manages availability and queue position. The web interface is the admin portal where numbers, devices, routing rules and account settings are configured. Being on the team does not give someone access to the settings.

No. It runs in the browser. Open the link and you are in. If you want it on a home screen, add it there and it launches full-screen like a native app — still with nothing downloaded from an app store and no permissions granted on a personal device.

So fixes and features reach your team the same day rather than after an app store review, and so everyone is on one version. Telephony needs to stay current; a review queue between us and your team works against that.

Yes, with one click, and it takes effect on the next call. When someone is away the queue simply skips them. Being on a call is set by the platform rather than by the person, and the routing skips that too.

Yes. Each member sets their own position in the queue. That order drives sequential ringing; with round robin it sets the rotation and with simultaneous ringing it sets priority. The ring time per position defaults to ten seconds and is adjustable.

Yes. One board for the whole company with every number on it, or a separate board per team with only that team’s numbers and people. Members see only the teams they belong to.

Up to 99 per team, and you can run as many teams as you need. Most organisations of any size split into teams long before they reach the limit, because callers need routing to a department rather than to a list of ninety-nine names.

Yes. Upload a logo and set your brand colours in the dashboard settings, and every member sees the branded board. Useful for agencies and IT partners running a board on a client’s behalf.

Whatever you have set as the fallback: voicemail with a transcript emailed to you, an overflow team, or the voicebot — which can answer, handle what it can and call someone out if it hears something urgent.

Start with the number. Add the second person when there is one.

Most teams on this board started as one number pointed at one mobile. Nothing was replaced to get here — a colleague was added, a position was set, and the queue took it from there.
