Which city or which type, and whether you have a Thai address. If you're not sure, we'll look at it with you.
We check and send a quote
Within one working day you get a proposal with the current rates and an honest answer on whether it can be done. Sometimes the answer is that a 1800 number will serve you better than a local number.
The registration
If the number needs proof of address, we submit it to the regulator. That is the only part you have to wait for.
Forwarding to your team
The call arrives in Thailand and lands with your colleagues in the UK. The caller dials a Thai number and never notices the difference.

When someone calls your Thai number, you hear a short announcement or beep before the call connects. This lets you identify Thai calls and answer appropriately.

A 60 national number is not tied to any city and works the same across all of Thailand. A local geographic number carries an area code such as 2 for Bangkok or 53 for Chiang Mai, which signals a local presence in that specific region.

Yes. Calls to your Thai number are forwarded to any UK landline, mobile or VoIP destination. You can change the forwarding destination at any time through your online account.

No. Thai toll-free 1800 numbers can only be dialled from within Thailand. Callers outside Thailand should use your local geographic number, your 60 national number or your standard UK number.

Thailand is seven hours ahead of the UK (ICT, UTC+7). Calls placed in the Thai morning will reach you in the very early UK morning. Consider using voicemail or time-based routing to manage the overlap.
