How Does the Address Book Work?

The address book in your dashboard stores all your endpoints — the phone numbers, VoIP devices, or other systems that receive your forwarded calls. Once saved, you can switch between endpoints by simply selecting one from the list.

Give each endpoint a clear name to make it easy to recognise — for example “Head Office”, “London Sales”, “Mobile - Sarah”, or “After Hours”.

The address book is shared across your entire account. Any endpoint you add is immediately available for all phone numbers in your account, so you only need to set it up once.
