International phone numbers
When your business operates across borders, your phone system should too. As a European telecom provider we can activate phone numbers in all European countries plus the USA, with countries outside the EU and USA arranged via local partners. Customers in another country expect a local number they recognise, and your team needs to receive those calls wherever they are without complicated international setups or unreliable connections.
It works with your existing setup. If you already have a phone system from someone else, you can still order extra phone numbers through us — we forward them to your current system so you don’t have to bring everything to us, and we can be your provider for the international phone numbers you need.
CallFactory is a registered telecom operator in 13 European countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Austria and Switzerland. We provide local phone numbers in the EU and USA and beyond those regions via local partners. We route calls to your team anywhere in the world. No extra hardware, no VoIP quality issues — you simply get reliable international phone numbers that work just like local lines.

Benefits of international phone numbers
See how international numbers and cross-border routing help your business grow globally.
Local presence, anywhere
Activate a local phone number in another country without setting up a physical office. Customers see a familiar number and are more likely to call. You build trust from day one.
Route calls across borders
Incoming calls on your international numbers are routed to your team wherever they are. One team member in Amsterdam, another in Berlin, a third working from home. The caller doesn't notice.
Registered telecom operator
We are not a reseller. CallFactory is a registered telecom operator in 13 countries. We pay local call charges and international rates to the relevant operators so your numbers work reliably. Calls do not route via internet or VoIP — where possible we transport internationally via fixed telecom networks so you get optimal quality and availability.
How international phone numbers work
You choose a local number in the country where you want to be reachable. This could be a Dutch number for Dutch customers, a German number for German customers, or a US number for American customers. When someone calls that number, CallFactory routes the call based on rules you have set — to a specific office, a mobile number, a phone menu, or a call queue.
The caller pays local rates or nothing if it is a freephone number. Your team receives the call as if it were a domestic call. There is no special equipment needed on either end because the routing happens entirely on our platform.
From first steps in a new market to operations across multiple countries
We support businesses at every stage of international growth. A small business testing a new market can start with one number in one country. A franchise with locations across Europe can have local numbers in every country, each with its own routing, language, and call flow.
Since 2022 we have been registered as a telecom operator in 13 European countries. We started as a Dutch provider and grew into other markets alongside our customers. Whether you need one number or one hundred, the activation process is the same — tell us what you need and we activate it.
Reliable connections, not cheap VoIP
International phone numbers from budget providers often route calls via the cheapest path, which results in delays, dropped calls, and poor audio quality. CallFactory works differently. We pay local call charges and international rates to the relevant operators in each country so your number works as reliably as a local line.
This matters especially for business calls where first impressions count. A customer calling your French number should hear the same call quality as someone calling a local French company. That is exactly what we deliver.
Combine with the full feature set
Every international number comes with access to the same features as a domestic number. Add a welcome message in the local language, route calls based on office hours, use a phone menu to direct callers to the right department, and record calls for quality assurance.
For businesses with their own developers, access to our API is available so you can build custom integrations with your internal systems. When your international phone number needs grow beyond standard features, dedicated IVR servers provide a completely private environment.
What does it cost?
International numbers are available from a low monthly fee per number. The exact price depends on the country and number type because local numbers, national numbers, and freephone numbers each have different rates.
There are no setup costs and no minimum contract. You activate a number when you need it and cancel it when you want to. Contact us for a quote tailored to your requirements.

That depends on the local regulations of the country where the number is issued. Some countries do not allow outbound domestic calls to be made from another country using a local number, which means in those cases you would need to ring out using the country code of the country you are based in. Our excellent support team will work through each country with you to explain what is and is not allowed so you know what to expect before you activate a number.
