Say what needs to change, instead of looking it up.

Opening hours over the bank holidays, a colleague who is away next week, call forwarding that needs to go somewhere else. You describe it in plain English; the assistant prepares the change and shows exactly what will happen. Nothing changes until you approve it.

Nothing to install · every change approved first · works on your existing numbers

What you can do with it

Look things up, change them, and ask how it's going

It's the same phone system as always — your numbers, your teams, your settings. What changes is how you get to it: not by finding the right screen, but by saying what you want to know or change.

Look up

"How is it set up?"

What applies right now, without clicking through screens.

  • Which numbers you have and where they ring
  • Opening hours and holidays
  • Who is in which team and who is available
  • Which welcome message and voicemail are on a number
Change

"Change this."

The change is prepared and only applied once you approve it.

  • Opening hours and a holiday closure
  • A team member set to away, with a start and end time
  • A destination or call forwarding
  • A welcome or closed message, from typed text
  • Call recording on or off, blocking a number
Ask how it's going

"How busy was it?"

Your call statistics, as an answer instead of a chart.

  • Call numbers and call length per number, over a period
  • The busiest hours of the day
  • The calls of a single day, one by one
  • A comparison with the previous period
Why this is safe enough to use

Nothing goes live until you've seen it

This is the whole difference between a handy assistant and a worrying idea. A request first becomes a proposal — showing exactly which setting changes on which number, and what stays as it is. What you don't apply doesn't happen.

One

You see the change before it takes effect

Not “I’ve changed it”, but one line per field: what it was, what it will be, and on which number. You spot a misunderstanding there, not on the phone.

Two

It only touches what you name

A closure on one number stays on that number. Whatever isn’t in the proposal doesn’t change — and the proposal also says what it leaves alone.

Three

It records who did what

An applied change is an ordinary change in your account, with the name of the person who approved it. Not an action by “the AI”.

Where you use it

Two doors, one engine

Behind both is the same system, with the same approval step. The difference is where you type — and how much it takes to get started.

● Available now

In your CallFactory dashboard

A chat window next to your usual screens. You log in as always and type what needs to happen. There is nothing to connect, nothing to install and no key involved.

Who it's for: anyone on your team who can already use the dashboard. If you don't use an AI of your own and don't want to, there is nothing new to learn.

⚑ On request, with guidance

In your own AI

You connect your CallFactory account to the AI you already use — Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini — so your phone system sits next to your calendar and your documents. That is powerful, and it needs a more careful setup than opening a chat window.

Who it's for: teams who want their phone system to be part of a wider workflow. We set this up with you instead of sending you a key, because the connection gives access to your whole account.

Start with the dashboard. The same things, today, with nothing to arrange. If you find you use it every day and would rather have it in your own AI, we’ll add that connection — and by then you’ll know exactly what you want it for.

To be honest

What this isn't for

It controls your phone system settings. It isn't a bot that talks to your callers, and it doesn't replace your dashboard.

It doesn't talk to your callers

That’s what a voicebot or the virtual receptionist does. This sits on your side of the line and never hears a call.

It doesn't design your call routing for you

It carries out what you describe. What makes a good call flow for your business is a conversation with a person — that’s exactly the work we do when we set up a line.

It isn't faster for big jobs

Moving twenty numbers at once or setting up a new phone system is better done in the dashboard, or with us. Where it wins is the small change you would otherwise put off.

Frequently asked questions

What people want to know first

No. A change is prepared and only applied once someone approves it. Looking things up happens straight away — nothing can break there — but anything that changes something waits.

The same people who can already make changes in the dashboard. The assistant gives nobody more rights than they already had.

Processing and storage take place within the EU, under a data processing agreement. The content is not used to train models, and that is set out in the contract.

There is no list of systems we do and don’t support. Your CRM, your calendar, your knowledge base or whatever else you use: we build the connection to order. What’s possible depends on what your system offers on the other side.

Then that shows in the proposal, and you don’t click apply. That’s why the step is there: a misunderstanding costs you a sentence, not a phone line.

The dashboard chat comes with your account. For the connection to your own AI we make an arrangement, because we set it up with you.

In your CallFactory dashboard you don’t need an AI of your own, because the assistant is in the chat. If you want to control your phone system from your own AI, we connect your account to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini and set that connection up with you.

You can use the chat in your dashboard straight away: log in as usual and type what needs to happen. You request the connection to your own AI from us, and we then set it up together with you.
